"Stay away from this agent. They will take advantage of you. Won't cancel policies that you request. Will push you off to avoid work. Will overcharge you and send a statement after they take money. I have been with State Farm for 35 years, and because of this agent, I switched companies."

"I own Cable Roofing & General Contracting LLC and was contacted by some 20 year long loyal customers of Mr. Peper's to reroof their home. I was told that their claim had been submitted to state farm and they were only approved for the front half since shingles only blew off the front....THE FRONT HALF of their roof gets replaced, not the back. So I did as I was asked and here are the final results. The entire roof was 1. Put on incorrectly and unprofessionally. There were 3'-4' sections on the edge that could be pulled up and u could stick ur hand in 2. Had substandard shingles that had already lost most of their grit and color and were delaminating. There was even evidence of hail damage but State Farm and their esteemed agent here decided that their 20 year customers did not deserve a complete new roof."
