"I love working with Randy Peper. Very professional, but when you call DO NOT talk to Carl. He has zero customer service etiquette and an attitude about anything being discussed. Myself and many others have had the same shared experience. I fully recommend Randy Peper, but if you Carl answers the phone, do yourself a favor and ask to speak with another person. The rest of his staff is wonderful and easy to work with."
